This game was not made for browser, however, I have included an embed version for convenience, there will be issues, it has to be loaded in full screen in order to be playable but playing in fullscreen lowers the frame rate a bunch.


This is a pseudo-rhythm space shooter made for Game 110. Given the basics needed to create space physics, I created a game in which the player is meant to dodge bullets shot at time in time with the vocals in the track currently playing. In the current version this has to be manually programmed in and cannot handle BPM changes. Game was made in Godot.

The game features the Vocaloid Galaco, she was chosen as she comes with talk software, however as I learned when making this project, you can't actually run it on non-Japanese computers. Her speech lines were cut down to just a few and use her Vocaloid3 voicebank instead.


Controls:

Q - Parry (Restores Health on success)

WS - Move Forward/Backward

AD - Turn Left/Right (Hold Shift to Strafe)

Space -  Fire


This has not been bug tested. If you play this in browser (NOT RECOMMENDED), you will notice this game can't handle different screen sizes, it is not supposed to be scalable, but forcing it into full screen will scale it anyways.
